The successful candidate must have demonstratable experience, a wide range of clinical skills and will be confident to work without direct supervision. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously within the community setting, effectively manage responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of care. Support the Community Nursing Team by managing the ordering and organisation of clinical supplies and stationery to ensure services operated smoothly. Consistently follow Trust policies, procedures, and professional standards in all aspects of work while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations, infection prevention, and control guidelines. Ensure patient confidentiality is always maintained and information is handled sensitively and responsibly in line with legal, ethical, and organisational requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: To work as part of an integrated Community Nursing Service in providing specific care to a patient in the community setting as written in the care plan.
