We are seeking an exceptional, compassionate, forward thinking leader to join us as Head of Clinical Services, supporting transformation across Crisis and Acute Divisions, an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality, safety, consistency, and systemwide improvement.

The Head of Clinical Services will play a central role in shaping the future of CRHT services, ensuring high quality care, strong clinical leadership, and consistent practice across Hampshire, Isle of Wight, and Portsmouth. This role requires regular travel across the region to maintain visibility, connection, and leadership presence.

### Main duties of the job

Lead and support clinical teams to deliver consistent, safe, highquality care

Drive transformation and service improvement, ensuring alignment with Trust priorities

Build strong, collaborative relationships across CRHTs, inpatient services, system partners, and external agencies

Strengthen patient flow, bed management, and crisis pathways

Champion digital transformation, supporting teams to adopt new technologies and datadriven practice

Use data and analytics to guide business planning, service development, and future CRHT models

Support culture change rooted in compassion, curiosity, learning, and psychological safety

Ensure effective governance, escalation processes, and consistent operational standards

Work closely with senior leaders to embed new ways of working across the organisation

Our mental health services include community-based support and early intervention in psychosis (EIP) for both adults and young people, alongside a network of specialist inpatient wards covering forensic, learning disability, eating disorder and older person's care.
