Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a GP practice, supporting the clinical team in delivering primary care services. Undertake delegated clinical duties within your scope of competence, including phlebotomy, NHS health checks, blood pressure monitoring, ECGs, height and weight measurements, urinalysis, simple dressings, and other routine clinical procedures. Prepare and maintain clinical rooms, ensure equipment is clean and stocked, accurately record information in the clinical system, and support infection prevention and control standards. Promote patient health and wellbeing, maintain confidentiality at all times, and work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.
