An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HART Support Coordinator within Merseyside based HART. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday with a commitment to join the existing on call loggist team.

The primary responsibilities of the HART Support Co-ordinator are to operate the central rostering system (GRS) to produce HART staff rosters, provide performance management information and to provide coordination, management and clerical support to the service delivery teams within all Merseyside HART operational areas.

### Main duties of the job

Working with the HART training team, the HART support coordinator will coordinate and allocate competent instructors for each discipline / competence that HART covers including the oversight and allocation of training resources.

This includes the procurement of PPE for HART staff in line with trust procedures following the equipment data sheets provided by National Ambulance Resilience Unit (NARU) and coordinate accommodation for HART staff attending residential courses.

The role provides a comprehensive project and administrative support function to the HART senior management team with a requirement to monitor financial activities associated with the delivery of HART, use effective systems to provide complex information/reports in a timely manner and to deal with a range of queries relating to the activities of the Hazardous Area Response Team.

The successful applicant will join a team committed to providing the best possible response to Hazardous Area working and to enable the Trust to meet its requirements around NHS Interoperability Core Standards.

- Significant experience of working in a similar role, providing high level planning and administrative  support
- Experience working in an operational administrative position.
- Experience in the application of HR, recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Experience of interpreting statistical data effectively in order to make meaningful judgements

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Educated to GCSE standard in MATHS and ENGLISH
- Awareness of NHS rostering and procurement processes and systems
- An understanding of the principles of equality of opportunities in relation to staff and service users.
- Knowledge of information needs at senior management leve
- Knowledge of EPRR and Special Operations responsibilities to facilitate effective liaison.
