Working with the maternity governance team, the role will help maintain accurate records of guideline review dates, version control and approval processes. The post holder will also support the coordination and delivery of the maternity audit programme. This will include collecting, collating and inputting audit data, supporting analysis of findings, preparing reports and helping teams to understand and respond to audit outcomes. The role will contribute to monitoring compliance with local and national standards, including relevant maternity guidance and assurance requirements. A key part of the role will be supporting learning and improvement across maternity services. The post holder will contribute to action plans arising from audit, guideline review, incident learning and national recommendations, and will support the dissemination of learning to clinical teams. They will work collaboratively with midwifery, obstetric, governance and multidisciplinary colleagues to promote safe, consistent and evidence-based practice. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities A full description of the role is available in the attachment: job description.
