Working autonomously within agreed clinical pathways, you will provide specialist care closer to patients' homes while maintaining excellent communication with primary and secondary care colleagues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and further develop your specialist gynaecology skills within a supportive, patient-centred community service. ### Main duties of the job - Conduct specialist gynaecology consultations within a Tier 2 community service. - Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with common gynaecological conditions. - Carry out appropriate clinical procedures in accordance with service protocols. - Develop and implement management plans and provide patient education and advice. - Identify patients requiring onward referral to secondary care services. - Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. - Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and audit activities. - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across primary and secondary care. ### About us Health Harmonie is one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers, delivering high-quality NHS community services that improve access to specialist care and support the delivery of healthcare closer to patients' homes.
