Supporting finding innovative ways of expanding capacity for learners and supervisors and supporting and creating innovative training programmes and delivery of the Structured Learning Programme (normal Deanery day Tuesday, Structured learning day Thursdays). It may also include delivery of exam support via innovative programmes. You may also be involved in ARCPs and work closely with other TPDs to support our learners and trainers. This will involve working with other TPDs and an Associate Dean, together with the Head of School and Primary Care Dean. ### About us NHS England has a wide range of statutory functions, responsibilities and regulatory powers.
