This role is central to shaping and influencing the development of Neighbourhood Health and Wellbeing across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. As a GP Representative, you will contribute to collective system leadership, ensuring that the perspectives, priorities and expertise of General Practice are fully embedded in neighbourhood-level planning and delivery. Working closely with the GP Collaborative Board, you will help to design, implement and evaluate integrated services, align partners and resources, and strengthen the connection between neighbourhood teams, Integrated Care Areas (ICAs), and General Practice. The role ensures that General Practice is meaningfully represented at every stage of neighbourhood development, supported by effective feedback loops across each ICA and into the GP Collaborative Board. ### Main duties of the job Commitment Required This role is supported by funded time equivalent to 4 Programmed Activities (PAs) per month.
