### Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking GP to take on the role of Clinical Lead at Rectory Road Surgery (formerly The Hollies), now under the leadership of Highlands Surgery. This is offered on68 sessions per week (negotiable).

This is a key leadership role supporting the ongoing development and transformation of the practice, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Partners and multidisciplinary team to embed strong clinical governance and drive service improvement.

### Main duties of the job

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the practice
- Lead on clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
- Support the development and delivery of high-quality patient care services
- Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager and leadership team at Highlands Surgery
- Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff, including newly qualified GPs
- Contribute to practice strategy, service development, and innovation
- Support compliance with CQC standards and NHS contractual requirements
