You will play a key part in delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes, supporting interventions across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, nursing care, and aspects of clinical psychology. This is a highly fulfilling role where you can make a real difference, helping patients regain independence and confidence in their own homes. Established in 2009 and expanded in April 2023 into the Integrated Community Stroke Service, our service provides specialist, community-based rehabilitation across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood. We support patients following an acute stroke, ensuring they receive high-quality care within their local community.
