Our GPs are supported by dedicated and proactive Nursing, administrative and management teams. We meet for a morning huddle to start each day on a positive note and discuss any issues that need to be shared; the practice is consistently high QOF performing and our CQC rating is Good with regular positive reviews; we support each other and have each others back so we are never working alone. As a practice we are keen to be as flexible as we can with our team to maintain a healthy work/life balance. We offer 15-minute face to face appointments as standard, protected time each day for completion of pathology, workflow, administration, and we outsource our private medical work. ### Main duties of the job Duties include normal GP workload including management of clinics consulting with patients face to face and via the telephone; completing all associated workload including pathology, referrals, prescribing, document workflow, triage online consultations and act as duty GP when required. ### About us Roborough Surgery is a friendly single site practice in the North of Plymouth providing primary health care for around 11,000 patients. We are also part of Drake Medical Alliance Primary Care Network, working closely with our member practices and ARRS staff to provide a comprehensive package of care and services to our patients to meet the demands of the modern general practice.
