We’re looking for motivated GPs to join our ENT colleagues at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) as General Practitioners with an Extended Role (GPwER) in ENT. This opportunity allows you to continue working in primary care whilst helping shape a more integrated approach to ENT care across our region. ### Main duties of the job About the role - Up to 2.5 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week (1 PA = 4 hours) - This can be increased per candidate's flexibility e.g. 5PAs - Outpatient clinics (typically two per week) - Referral triage and Advice & Guidance - Primary care education, clinical supervision and liaison with LMCs - Participation in ENT clinical governance and up to 0.5 SPA for development Whether you're looking to broaden your clinical experience, develop a special interest alongside your GP work, or play a role in improving how ENT care is delivered for your patients — we’d love to hear from you. CHFT is nationally recognised for innovation in elective care delivery and offers a supportive, digitally advanced environment to grow your career. ### Detailed job description and main responsibilities Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust has comprehensive facilities for the diagnosis, care and treatment of ENT disease.
