Day to day, the post holder will deliver high quality clinical care to patients attending the community ophthalmology service in the following areas: General Ophthalmology Glaucoma services AMD Laser treatment Minor eye Operations High volume phacoemulsification under topical anaesthesia if applicable ### Main duties of the job To continue with our support for the NHS, we are looking for experienced general ophthalmologists of all grades to undertake consultation clinics and/or ophthalmic surgeries across the range of services we offer. Applicants will be expected to have an excellent clinical quality record and be able to demonstrate the ability to perform efficiently independently in clinics/theatre. Applicants will also need to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork.
