As a key member of the Charity Team, you must have the creativity, skill & knowledge to deliver the best charity experience to supporters to support the wider strategy. You will provide an important link between the Charity, fundraisers & hospital staff to deliver an effective donor experience. Working as part of the wider team, you will play a leading role in maximising income & generating funds to agreed targets through targeted trust & foundation applications & relationship development. Key responsibilities will include detailed research, framing proposals for support & working closely with the Trust to identify projects that require substantial financial support. You will require local geographic knowledge & knowledge of trust & foundations fundraising. You must be highly organised, self-motivated & competent in creating & delivering targeted pitches that meet the business objectives with a proven ability to convert leads into successful wins. You will also require considerable networking working skills with the ability to identify influential contacts both internally & externally.
