Our service supports individuals with learning disabilities (LD) across Hampshire who present a significant risk of offending or have had contact with the criminal justice system. Our mission is to reduce reoffending, promote safer communities, and prevent unnecessary admissions to secure services or custody. This is achieved through risk assessment, proactive management, treatment and education, working closely with partners including local LD services, police, probation, and other key agencies.
