Do you have an interest in gaining experience within an occupational focused role in a multi-disciplinary setting? There is currently a Band 6 vacancy within the Forensic Community Mental Health Team (FCMHT). Within this role you would be working with patients who’s mental health has led to them engaging in criminal activities which put others at risk. As an OT, you will assess and provide interventions for individuals to build meaningful prosocial roles and routines in order to reduce antisocial or criminal behaviour. Within this role you will also have the opportunity to joint work alongside probation and offender manager teams and build specialist risk assessment and intervention skills to support working with a forensic population.
