### Job overview

The post will entail the servicing and mechanical repairs of Ambulances and Fast Response vehicles at our new workshop facility.  It is an exciting opportunity to broaden your mechanical experience to work on the specialised equipment on emergency service vehicles as well as our Fleet.

You should have an appropriate Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent, with  one years post training experience of working on vehicles of all types but in particular LCVs up to 7.5 tonnes would be advantageous.

An MOT testers certificate and auto electrical skills would be an advantage. The applicant will need a C1 Driving Licence or be prepared to attain this within the 9 month probation period.

The hours of work are 07:00 - 17:00 on a shift rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
