You should have an appropriate Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent, with  one years post training experience of working on vehicles of all types but in particular LCVs up to 7.5 tonnes would be advantageous. An MOT testers certificate and auto electrical skills would be an advantage. The applicant will need a C1 Driving Licence or be prepared to attain this within the 9 month probation period.
