This is a new full time (10 PA) appointment based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston which also attracts an additional 1PA as part of the on-call provision. We have an established team of Specialist Registrars, Speciality Doctors, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Clinical Nurse Specialists on both the Lincoln and Boston sites to support Consultants in delivering Haematology care. ### Main duties of the job - The Clinical Haematology service comprises all Haematology/Oncology, general haematology, and haemostasis and thrombosis referrals for investigation, diagnosis and treatment. - There is additional responsibility for investigation and advice on the management of patients with haematological problems from all other areas including ante-natal serology. - This includes a bone marrow biopsy service for patients not under the direct care of the haematologists.
