We appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to fulfilling this requirement promptly. ## Person Specification ### SKILLS **Essential** - Assessing, formulating and working with people & families presenting in heightened state of distress. - Clinical risk assessment and contingency planning. **Desirable** - Brief psychological interventions/strategies for managing crisis. ### KNOWLEDGE **Essential** - Evidenced based clinical interventions relevant to the service. **Desirable** - SystmOne PAS ### EXPERIENCE **Essential** - Minium 2 years experience in Mental health care/treatment relevant to service area. **Desirable** - Teaching, training and/or supervision of clinical staff. ### QUALIFICATIONS **Essential** - Registered Mental Nursing Certificate (RMN) - Current Registration on part 3 or part 13 of NMC register.
