This involves strategic, organisational and operational discussion, analysis and reporting to enable the efficient and effective use of resources to support the delivery of optimised improved patient care. As an indirect member of the clinical divisions, support the development and delivery of the clinical and operational strategy. ### Main duties of the job Provide expert, specialist and in-depth business and financial managementinformation and advice to clinical divisions to support delivery of financial targets.Lead the divisional reporting of income, expenditure, CIPs and other KPI's in line withagreed timescales to support delivery of financial and operational plans.Lead on a range of processes to promote consistency, continuous improvement andbest practice across the management accounting teams; to include budget setting,reporting, safer staffing establishments, medical workforce, budget clinics andbenchmarking.
