Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows. - Candidates must hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Family/Systemic Psychotherapy and be registered or accredited with a relevant professional body such as UKCP or AFT. Demonstrable post-qualification experience working with complex mental health presentations is essential, ideally within eating disorders and/or inpatient services. The successful candidate will show strong systemic formulation skills, confidence in managing risk and safeguarding, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
