We are seeking a Band 4 Falls Prevention Associate Practitioner to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. The Clinical Practice Team is Trust‑wide and includes specialists in Falls Prevention, Tissue Viability, Clinical Digital Nursing and Professions, and Moving & Handling. The Falls Team supports all UHD healthcare professionals, patients, and carers through the provision of education, advice, and service development to prevent falls and promote best practice when a fall has occurred. The team plays a key role in supporting compliance with national falls prevention guidance and contributing to the reduction of falls across the organisation. This Band 4 role will work under the direction of senior clinicians within the Clinical Practice Team, supporting falls prevention projects, education delivery, audit activity. Rota: Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00, to ensure service coverage Location: Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital – the post‑holder will work across sites Interview Date: 23rd June 2026 ### Main duties of the job Your role will support the delivery of the Trust Falls Prevention Programme and contribute to monitoring the effectiveness of the Trust Falls Strategy, working under the supervision of senior clinicians to support compliance with national and local falls prevention guidance.
