We are pleased to be expanding our well-established team to continue providing a trust wide prehabilitation service.  The successful post holders will hold a key role in the on-going development and running of a multidisciplinary prehabilitation service.  The post-holders will work to deliver a trust-wide service that will not only reduce complications from hospital treatment but aim to improve patients’ long-term health as they adopt lifestyle changes.
