In this rewarding and entrusted position, you will need good IT skills, be responsible for assigning maintenance work and undertaking day-to-day operation of our Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is focussed on managing the in-house maintenance team & external contractors day to day, maintenance 'ppm and responsive' You will be working with a huge range of colleagues, including clinical staff, to support them in delivering excellent patient care, so strong communication skills are essential.
