We are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. We are interested in hearing from highly motivated, hardworking and committed individuals with experience in their field of work, as well as people looking for a change in career direction.

### Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline or suitable and sufficient equivalent qualifications and experience
- HTM compliance Training (AP)

- H&S Risk Management Qualifications
- Budgetary Qualification
- Registration with the Engineering Council
- Leadership & Management Qualification
