Our organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Electrical biased - Worker Specialist to be a part of Cannock Chase Hospital Estates Team delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across the hospital site within a small, dedicated Estates Team. ### Main duties of the job The successful candidates will be motivated, forward thinking, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering a first class, efficient and quality service and have a good grounding in Building Services engineering. They will demonstrate highly developed physical and technical skills and a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills particularly associated with building controls, Low-Voltage systems (Lighting & Power) Generators, emergency lighting systems, Fire Alarm systems, UPS/IPS systems, Lifts BMS systems, HVAC, and critical alarms. successful applicants will be able to repair complex faults on a wide range of systems and facilitate such works having freedom to prioritise activity to maximise performance. They will be a team player and capable of managing works acting as responsible/approved person for the issue of Permit to Work (PTW) documentation etc. ensuring necessary procedural documentation is always in place. They should have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at the appropriate level.
