The role is responsible for leading a large multi-disciplinary workforce, delivering reactive and planned maintenance programmes, managing infrastructure risks, overseeing contractor performance and ensuring operational resilience within a complex 24/7 healthcare environment. Working closely with the Head of Estates Maintenance and wider Estates & Facilities leadership team, the post holder will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, performance and service delivery are consistently achieved.
