### Job overview

This role helps colleagues and services by keeping estate and equipment records accurate, making a real difference to safety, compliance and the smooth running of our organisation.

You’ll be part of the Business and Contracting Team, supporting the Estates Compliance Support Officer and Estates and Security Manager. Your work will help maintain important estate, asset and equipment information, ensuring records are up to date and services have the information they need to operate safely and effectively

### Main duties of the job

- Support the maintenance of estate and asset records, including the organisational asset register
- Help manage portable medical equipment records, servicing schedules and related contracts
- Produce reports and maintain accurate data across a range of systems
- Coordinate maintenance activities and support meetings, including taking notes when required
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to complete audits and maintain data quality
- A Level 3 qualification in administration, or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience working in an office or administrative environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and a careful approach to handling information
- The ability to organise your workload, work independently and contribute to a supportive team

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administrative procedures
- Knowledge of a range of software programmes including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

### Experience

**Essential**

- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office/administrative procedures
- Experience of using Microsoft office packages in an office environment

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- OCR Level 2 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience

**Desirable**

- MoS
