Through planned preventative maintenance and fault-finding activities, you will help ensure our buildings, services and facilities remain safe, reliable and fit for purpose. Do you have: - A Level 3 BTEC, City & Guilds qualification in a Mechanical Engineering trade, or equivalent training and industry experience? If so, we'd love to hear from you. ### Main duties of the job As an Estates Technician, you will work as part of a dedicated team carrying out planned maintenance, repairs and inspections across a diverse estate. Your skills and expertise will help create the best possible environment for our patients, visitors and staff while supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. - Working with other trades, you will carry out planned/unplanned maintenance on the trust estate. - We will offer you a varied role where no two days are the same. All we ask in return is some flexibility to carry out maintenance tasks and emergency calls outside normal clinical times.
