## Job Content

### Job overview

We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).

The Group is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

- James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
- Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
- The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to create a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals throughout Norfolk and Waveney. We are dedicated to advancing our digital capabilities in alignment with our long-term strategic goals, ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety for our diverse communities.

The acute hospitals in Norfolk are a vital part of the health and social care system. Our digital mission is an essential part of our transformation into a post-modern healthcare system.

### Main duties of the job

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) professional to join the EPR Training Team and play a central role in the implementation of the new Totara LMS across the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group (NWUHG).

This is a pivotal role in a high-profile digital transformation programme, where you’ll support the delivery of EPR training to approximately 18,000 substantive staff and an additional 4,000 bank and agency workers across three acute NHS Trusts. You'll lead on the system configuration, data management, audience setup and reporting needed to support a successful rollout. You’ll also manage a small team of LMS Administrators and act as the key liaison with our system supplier during a 14-week implementation window starting in August.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

- Shape the rollout of a brand-new LMS from the ground up
- Influence how staff across multiple Trusts access and engage with digital learning
- Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team making a real difference to how care is delivered

If you’re a confident system specialist with great people skills and experience in LMS implementation or administration, we’d love to hear from you.

### Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Enhance your professional profile through hands-on experience in a fast-paced NHS digital transformation, with opportunities to shape training across multiple acute trusts.

Flexible hybrid working model – mostly remote, with occasional travel to Norfolk County Hall; full-time on-site presence required only during training delivery.

Make a difference - be part of an exciting EPR transformation programme that aims to improve patient experience and outcomes, having a positive impact on the healthcare system.
