Bromley Healthcare is seeking colleagues to join the Apollo Programme as Epic EPR Analysts to support the implementation of the Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

This is an opportunity to become part of one of the largest digital transformation programmes currently underway in the NHS. Successful candidates will receive specialist Epic analyst training and will support the design, build, testing and implementation of the new EPR system.

Working as part of the wider Apollo Programme Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from Bromley Healthcare, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. The role will involve working across partner sites, including Bromley, GSTT and LGT locations.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy problem solving, can think logically, work well with others and are keen to develop new skills. Applications are welcomed from colleagues with clinical, operational, administrative, digital or project experience.

All applicants will be required to complete the Epic Sphinx Assessment, a standard Epic requirement for analyst roles. The assessment includes elements of logical reasoning, numeracy and problem solving. Successful completion is required before appointment, applicants will be sent the test to complete following their application submission

### Main duties of the job

As an Epic EPR Analyst, you will support the design, build, testing and implementation of Bromley Healthcare's new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system as part of the wider Apollo Programme.

Working with clinical, operational and technical colleagues across Bromley Healthcare, GSTT, KCH and Lewisham and Greenwich, you will help ensure Epic is configured to support safe, effective and efficient patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the configuration, testing and optimisation of Epic applications and workflows.
- Working with service teams to understand requirements and translate these into system design.
- Participating in workshops, system build activities and user acceptance testing.
- Investigating system issues and supporting problem resolution.
- Supporting user engagement, communication and knowledge sharing.
- Developing specialist knowledge of Epic functionality and best practice.
- Working collaboratively across the Apollo partnership, including attendance at partner sites where required.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reports and records to support programme delivery.

This is a full-time secondment into the Apollo Programme and offers an opportunity to gain specialist Epic analyst training and experience within a major NHS transformation programme. The role will require travel across Apollo partner organisations, including regular attendance at Guy's and St Thomas' and other partner sites as required.

- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience in a relevant role

- IT qualification (e.g. MCSE), ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, Epic Accreditation (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
