If you have been working as a Band 5 Dietitian with an interest and some experience working with children and / or adults who are enterally fed and are looking to move to the next step in your career this temporary role might be for you.

The successful candidate will join our team of 28 staff (dietitians, a nutrition support nurse, assistant dietitian practitioners and an administrative assistant) who are based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

The Trust supports remote working and working from home for all team members as appropriate to role and services.

If you are a Dietitian wishing to do this role working solely adults on a part time basis or  solely with children on a part time basis please feel free to apply indicating this on your application form.

- High quality nutrition and dietetic services to children and adults who are enterally fed.

- To provide specialist advice and treatment plans for children and adults who are enterally fed.

- To provide support to adults and children, alongside other health care professionals, in decision making for commencement of enteral feeding.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Significant post graduate dietetic experience in an NHS hospital setting
- Experience working with adults who require oral nutrition support and enteral feed
- Experience of developing and delivering presentations
- Experience of supervising dietetic students on practice placement

**Desirable**

- Experience working with children who require oral nutrition support

- HCPC registered
- Postgraduate training relevant to the role
