### Job summary

28 hours per week, Mon-Fri

As an ENT Nurse Practitioner with InHealth, you will provide expert, patient-centred care within our community ENT service across Greater Manchester. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will lead ENT clinics, assess and manage patients presenting with ear, nose and throat conditions, and support timely diagnosis and treatment. Using advanced clinical skills and specialist knowledge, you will deliver high-quality care, provide health education, and ensure appropriate onward referrals where required. You will also contribute to service development, clinical governance, quality improvement and the mentoring of colleagues, helping to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.

### Main duties of the job

Lead ENT nurse-led clinics supported by Healthcare Assistants, undertaking comprehensive patient assessments, history taking and physical examination. Perform specialist ENT procedures including microsuction and, where trained, naso-endoscopy. Develop and implement appropriate management plans, make autonomous clinical decisions, and refer patients to medical colleagues or other healthcare services when required. Maintain accurate patient records, supply medications under Patient Group Directions (PGDs), and provide health education and counselling. Support clinical triage, mentor and train colleagues, participate in audits and governance activities, manage clinic stock levels, and ensure compliance with infection prevention, health and safety, data protection, CQC and organisational policies.

### About us

InHealth is the UKs largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, working in partnership with the NHS for more than 30 years to make healthcare better for more than 5 million patients each year.

For clinical colleagues, that means delivering high-quality care within modern settings, with state-of-the-art equipment across a wide range of community, hospital and mobile settings.

With flexibility, strong learning and development opportunities, and the chance to support people at important moments in their healthcare journey, you can build a rewarding career while making a real difference locally and nationally.

InHealth is a place where you're trusted to do your job well, supported by people who value your expertise and give you the space to act on it. Teams show up for each other, leaders back your judgment and help remove blockers rather than create them.

New opportunities open as we grow - whether that's progressing, moving sideways or taking on something different as your strengths evolve. And everything we do is focussed on making healthcare better - for patients, partners and the people delivering care.
