We are seeking experienced autonomous health care practitioners in primary care, urgent care, minor injury/illness, paramedicine, physiotherapy, or emergency medicine to work in a progressive and exciting environment, managing a diverse patient group (adults and children) presenting with urgent illness and injury to the ED and UC. Support and supervision will be given to help the successful candidate to develop a holistic knowledge and skill set for practitioners working within the urgent care environment. There will be opportunities to support and shape the service going forward as well as potential rotational opportunities across the ED. The predominant patient cohort will consist of minor injury and illness presentations. You will be a part of the wider urgent care team of ECP’s (nursing/physio/paramedic) supporting nursing and health care assistants and working alongside medical and general practitioner colleagues.
