About the Role

- Stakeholder advice, guidance and training

Working closely with Home Administrators, Home Managers, Regional Directors and the wider People Team, you will act as a trusted compliance expert, helping to protect Avery's Sponsor Licence, minimise risk and ensure our employment records remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready.

We're looking for someone who combines technical compliance expertise with strong relationship-building skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Essential Experience & Skills:

- Proven experience managing employment compliance, including Right to Work and DBS processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration legislation and sponsorship requirements
- Excellent IT skills and data management capability
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to travel to various Avery locations when required

Desirable Experience:

- Experience administering sponsored employees
- Experience using the UKVI Sponsor Management System (SMS)
- Knowledge of sponsorship extensions and visa administration processes
