They will support the Deputy Delivery Manager in executing project plans, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to governance frameworks, quality standards, and agile methodologies. Regular engagement with clinicians and operational managers will be key to analysing service needs, defining clinical best practices, optimising workflows, and aligning system enhancements with Trust strategic objectives. Candidates who do not hold Cadence/MyChart Certifications will be provided with training and are expected to achieve certification or proficiency within their six-month probation period.
