The successful candidate will work as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team either in the North, South, Central or specialist team. They will act as case managers for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems and deliver evidence-based interventions alongside or under supervision of senior practitioners. ### Main duties of the job - Working as a member of an integrated multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive assessment of children, young people and families.
