These roles provide a unique chance to gain invaluable experience in medical education, working within one of the region’s largest integrated care providers and two outstanding medical schools. You will join dynamic education teams to help deliver innovative, integrated, and high‑quality educational programmes for Undergraduate Medical Students and Resident Doctors. The Trust supports approximately 400 Resident Doctors across Foundation, Core, GP and Higher Specialty programmes. Educational delivery is overseen through a strengthened Interprofessional Educational Governance Structure, including: - Local Faculty Groups - Support of Integrated Education Service including DME/Education Leads - Education Assurance Group (Interprofessional remit) - Regional wide Quality & Governance Assurance processes - External quality oversight by the GMC National Training Survey (NTS), and the wider National Training Survey. This governance structure ensures high standards in learning environments, student experience, and clinical education. ### Main duties of the job As an Education Fellow, you will contribute primarily to Undergraduate Medical Education, with opportunities to support selected Postgraduate Medical Education activities depending on interests and service needs. This is a leadership‑development role offering exposure to Trust‑wide education processes.
