Participation in weekend, late-night and bank holiday rotas is required, with strong team support and commitment to work-life balance. ## Responsibilities For further information regarding the detailed job description and main responsibilities, please refer to the attached job description and person specification documents. ## Person Specification ### Experience **Essential** - Experience of teaching MPharm students and/or pre-registration pharmacist trainees - Significant and current experience of providing a UK hospital clinical pharmacy service at NHS AFC band 7 level or above - Experience in the provision of clinical pharmacy to acute medicine patients - Practical experience of audit - Evidence of up to date CPD in clinical pharmacy **Desirable** - Experience as a tutor for pre-registration pharmacist trainees - Supervision of audit or research projects (e.g. undergraduate, pre-registration or diploma students) - Experience of one-to-one, small and large group teaching, assessment and feedback - Management of staff including recruitment, appraisal ### Qualifications **Essential** - Post-graduate diploma / MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent - Pharmacy degree (Master level 4 years) - GPhC Registered Pharmacist (or equivalent EU professional qualification) **Desirable** - Teaching / Education qualification - Independent pharmacist Prescriber, or be willing to complete training as Independent Pharmacist Prescriber - Membership of RPS - Higher qualification (E.g.
