To assist with the movement of patients around the Emergency Department including the Ambulance off load area, Rapid assessment area, throughout the rest of the department and base wards. To support the Nursing team in transferring patients to other areas as required, including radiology and other wards/ areas. To provide support to the nursing team working collaboratively with members of the multi-disciplinary team and contributing positively to the delivery of high-quality compassionate care. To uphold the fundamental standards of safely and quality always putting the patients first and protecting them from harm. To keep the clinical environment tidy and well maintained ### Main duties of the job Main duties of job role is to safely transport patients through the Emergency Department and to base wards within the Trust.
