Band 5 - E-Roster/eCommunity Project Support Officer - 37.5 hours per week as a Secondment

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the E-Roster team for a Band 5 E-Roster and eCommunity project support officer. The role of the department is to support the Trust in the implementation and delivery of E-Rostering, use of Safecare program and the implementation of eCommunity

As an E-Roster/eCommunity project support officer you will work within a growing team to support wards and departments to promote safe, transparent and cost effective staff planning through the effective rostering practice.

- Clinical or administrative experience in an NHS setting
- Experience of managing elements of a project, using project plans, associated documentation, and information systems

- Experience of initiating and implementing organisational procedures and processes
- Experience in appropriately handling confidential material

**Desirable**

- Experience of working within a complex project environment

### Qualifications

- GCSE ‘C’ grade or equivalent in English and Maths
- Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience

- Evidence of further studies in health or business related field

- Ability to travel independently across Cumbria.
