NB: The job has different set days each week, it is on a 2 week rolling rota, we can not offer set hours. Enhanced pay is available for weekend shifts. The role involves cleaning offices, stairways and corridors, with occasional work in other areas of the hospital, including operating theatres and inpatient wards. As a key member of the team, you will ensure all hospital areas are cleaned to the required standards, maintain accurate records, report faulty equipment and promote patient and public safety by using appropriate signage. You will follow infection prevention and control procedures and maintain excellent cleaning standards throughout the hospital at all times. ### Main duties of the job As a key member of the team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough, you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and colleagues. You'll ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards, maintain accurate records, report faulty equipment and promote safety through the correct use of signage. Our priority is delivering high-quality patient care in clean and comfortable surroundings. You'll work to strict infection prevention and control standards while maintaining excellent housekeeping practices across the hospital.
