This is a full time (37.5 Hours) post. You will be working in a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team with a strong team ethos of supporting each other.  You will be supported to develop a strong understanding of your role as a professional in the team, becoming skilled at delivering evidence-based interventions for our service users. Working in partnership with other agencies will be a big part of the job so good communication skills will be vital. What you can expect is a thorough induction and training / preceptorship period, and opportunities for ongoing development and well as regular and supportive managerial and clinical supervision. The ideal candidate should have experience in working in a mental health environment and ideally experience in working in community teams with people with cognitive impairment.
