We are looking for a DMT Pathway Monitoring coordinator to join the Neuroscience Care group working under the Neurology Speciality.

The DMT Pathway Monitoring coordinator role  will ensure that clinical information from patient records for Neurology patients is extracted and submitted in line with national deadlines, guidance and requirements. This role will be working closely with the Headache specialists within Neurology.

### Main duties of the job

The DMT post  will work within a small team and will liaise with clinical, nursing and therapy staff with data queries and data collection. A key function of the role is ensuring that all significant patient data is collected and recorded promptly and accurately on the required database, in preparation for submission to national Audit. This will involve the identification and using identified inclusion criteria.

The DMT post will have the responsibility for data submission for a specialist database and will support other colleagues within the wider Neurology team when required; to ensure efficiency and compliance in the collection and submission of eligible patient data.
