Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant to join the Adult Community Services Directorate, providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support to the Senior Management Team. This key role sits at the centre of a busy, diverse service, supporting leaders committed to delivering excellent patient care and advancing the Trust’s ambition for digitally enabled care closer to home.
The successful candidate will deliver a comprehensive and efficient PA service to the Group Management Team. This fast‑paced role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work proactively within broad procedural guidelines.
You will support the delivery of the Trust Strategy by ensuring administrative processes, communication pathways and governance arrangements run smoothly. Responsibilities include diary coordination, preparing high‑quality documentation, managing enquiries, and ensuring information is accurate, timely and accessible.
The role also involves supporting governance processes, maintaining staff records, coordinating sickness reporting, producing reports and matrices, and assisting with project work delegated by the Service Support Manager and Senior Management Team.
You will help foster a culture aligned with Trust Values by modelling professionalism, kindness, inclusivity and continuous improvement.
