### Experience

- Significant demonstrable experience at senior nursing/AHP level
- Demonstrable experience in: Clinical governance, patient safety and risk management
- Demonstrable experience in: Managing incidents and complaints
- Demonstrable experience in: Workforce management and HR processes
- Demonstrable experience in: Budgetary and resource management

### Skills & Abilities

**Essential**

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and challenge constructively
