We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Digital Support Coordinator / Administrator to join our Digital Training team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting busy teams, coordinating training activity and helping staff access the digital training  they need to carry out their roles effectively.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to senior staff within the department and support the day-to-day work of the Digital Training Team. This will include scheduling Trust-wide training, maintaining training diaries and records, updating the Clinical Systems Training Portal, supporting meetings and ensuring information is accurate, timely and well organised.

### Main duties of the job

- ·         Provide administrative support to the Clinical Systems Manager, Digital Training Manager and wider Clinical Systems Teams.
- ·         Liaise with managers and staff across the Trust to coordinate and schedule  training requests.
- ·         Maintain training diaries, training records and departmental records
- ·         Support the maintenance of the Clinical Systems Training Portal, including uploading and updating training information and documentation.
- ·         Enter and maintain accurate data to support training, testing, reporting and service activity.
- ·         Organise standard and ad-hoc training sessions, including room bookings, equipment requirements and diary coordination.
- ·         Support departmental meetings, including arranging meetings, preparing documents and taking minutes where required.
- ·         Act as a first point of contact for the Digital Training Team, responding professionally and directing queries appropriately.
- ·         Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, diplomacy and in line with Trust policies.

## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of minute taking and supporting meetings
- Excellent customer relationship skills and experience

**Desirable**

- Secretarial or administrative experience within a medium sized department

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent demonstrable experience
- RSA III (or equivalent) Word Processing
- Good standard of general education and/or relevant experience

**Desirable**

- ECDL
- Medical Terminology

### Knowledge and Expertise

**Essential**

- Experience of delivering an administrative role in a comparable organisation
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- A flexible approach and readiness to work outside normal working hours if required

**Desirable**

- Understanding of Department
