Shape better digital healthcare

Join Bupa’s Digital team and help create products that make it easier for millions of customers to access care, manage their health and get the support they need. You’ll take ownership of a key area within our digital health portfolio and lead a cross-functional squad from discovery through to delivery.

Partnering with Design, Engineering and colleagues across Bupa, you’ll turn customer insight, data and strategic priorities into simple, valuable digital experiences. This is an opportunity to influence direction, see the impact of your decisions and help shape the future of healthcare.

What you’ll do

- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and priorities, balancing customer needs with business outcomes.
- Lead product discovery to uncover customer problems, test assumptions and identify valuable opportunities.
- Bring Design and Engineering together around clear outcomes, understanding technical options, data flows and enterprise dependencies.
- Use customer insight, product data and experimentation to make evidence-led decisions.
- Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at every level.
- Track product performance and continuously improve customer journeys.
- Collaborate across product teams to create seamless, joined-up experiences.

What you’ll bring

- Experience managing digital products across discovery and delivery, with clear evidence of customer and business impact.
- Confidence using product and collaboration tools—such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro or Figma—to support discovery and delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to create alignment around priorities.
- A customer-first mindset and genuine curiosity about the problems people need us to solve.
- A good grasp of engineering terminology, data flows and how enterprise capabilities and dependencies shape product solutions.
- The ability to use data, insight and experimentation to prioritise and make decisions.
- Practical experience of product discovery and customer journey mapping.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning complex challenges into clear, achievable actions.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to build products that improve people’s lives.

We know great candidates do not always meet every requirement. If you are excited by the role and believe you could make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

What you’ll gain

You’ll have genuine ownership of meaningful products, supported by experienced product, design and engineering colleagues. You’ll work on healthcare experiences used by millions of customers, with the scope to influence strategy, develop your craft and see the real-world impact of your work.
