### Job summary

Are you passionate about digital learning, technology, and helping people develop the confidence and skills they need to make the most of digital systems? We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Digital Learning Partner to join our Digital Learning Team within the People & Culture Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of digital learning across the Trust, helping colleagues develop the knowledge and confidence required to effectively use clinical and corporate systems. Working closely with clinical, operational and corporate teams, you will play a key part in supporting digital transformation, system implementation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

### Main duties of the job

As a Digital Learning Partner, you will deliver engaging training and user support for a range of digital systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Order Communications, Microsoft Office applications and other Trust systems. You will work with colleagues at all levels to ensure staff are supported throughout their digital learning journey. Key responsibilities include: Delivering digital systems training through classroom sessions, virtual learning, one-to-one coaching and group workshops Supporting users during system implementations, upgrades and service changes Developing and maintaining training materials, user guides and digital learning resources Providing first-line support and guidance to users regarding digital learning and training queries Supporting digital adoption and helping colleagues build confidence in technology Gathering user feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital learning services

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience delivering instructional training on complex clinical and electronic health record systems
- Experience delivering training, coaching or user support within a digital, IT or learning environment
- Experience supporting users to develop digital skills and confidence
- Experience delivering training to groups and individuals using a range of learning methods
- Experience producing or updating training materials, user guides or digital resources
- Experience responding to user queries and providing customer-focused support
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines

**Desirable**

- Experience supporting implementation or rollout of digital systems

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Educated to degree level and/or equivalent level of experience in people/ HR related role
- Evidence of continuous professional development

**Desirable**

- Trainer Accreditation Programme Certificate (TAP Institute of IT Training)
- Microsoft Office qualification
