University College London Hospitals (UCLH) is seeking a dynamic Digital Innovation Project Manager. This pivotal role sits at the heart of UCLH's approach to the translation of cutting-edge UCL digital research into real-world improvements for patients, staff and the wider NHS. The successful candidate will:

- Play a key role in delivering the Digital Innovation Hub's strategy. Your work will directly impact patient care and operational efficiency across UCLH.
- Lead and facilitate projects and innovators involving Artificial Intelligence and other digital technologies. Your expertise will bring transformative solutions to life, impacting healthcare delivery.
- Working across UCLH and University College London, you will build trusted relationships with senior clinical, operational, academic and industry stakeholders, helping to identify, develop and accelerate innovations with the potential to transform care

### Main duties of the job

The postholder will lead and manage complex digital innovation projects that improve processes, systems integration, and the experience of patients and staff across the organisation. They will provide expert advice on digital innovation methodologies, project delivery, and change management, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned to organisational priorities.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and monitoring digital innovation projects; developing and reporting on project KPIs; identifying opportunities for digital standardisation and adoption; taking projects through appropriate governance; and implementing continuous improvements to project delivery approaches.

The role requires effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across UCL and UCLH - particularly digital teams - building strong working relationships and supporting the implementation of new digital processes and technologies. The postholder will deliver regular project updates, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

The successful candidate will oversee project resources, manage project budgets and procurement processes, and ensure financial governance requirements are met. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, undertake research and development activities to support innovation projects, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using a range of digital systems.

The postholder will be expected to work flexibly across a range of digital innovation programmes, maintain confidentiality at all times, and comply with Trust policies and procedures.
